Aus Gov Inquiry Into Workforce Australia

Post by Irrev-Black »

The Committee is currently accepting submissions.
On 2 August 2022, the House Select Committee on Workforce Australia Employment Services was established to inquire into and report on matters related to Workforce Australia Employment Services as per the resolution of appointment.

On 16 September 2022, the Committee resolved to include pre-employment and complementary programs within the scope of its inquiry, and to specifically consider the role of ParentsNext in providing early intervention services to parents and carers of young children as part of the employment services system.

The Committee will inquire into matters related to Workforce Australia and the employment services system more broadly as per the Committee’s Terms of Reference and report no later than 29 September 2023.

On 10 May 2023 the House resolved that the Committee will report no later than 30 November 2023.
There's a boatload of submissions already up, and I'm reading a few.

Bring back a GovCo-owned and operated CES, says I.
Greedy fuckers cannot self-regulate.
Prove me wrong.
