More footage of an accident, no-one seriously hurt by the looks of it, but.....Tesla speed off after being struck by E-Scooter, which makes him guilty of leaving the scene of an accident. He was probably in the clear before that since he did have the green light and the E-Scooter shot across in front of him, which makes the E-Scooter guilty of causing the accident and probably liable for damages, but it is a crime to leave the scene of an accident, specially without even bothering to check if the other party is injured.

The end of January is here, and so is another video, no obvious injuries here, even the bike riders appear to have escaped unscathed;

The driver said he couldn't see the train, because the road was parallel to the tracks! FFS, apparently, he couldn't see the fuckin' STOP sign, clearly visible in the second video, before the crossing either?!
