The suspect is an army reservist and firearms instructor. Gun-loving America seems to train people to make them into more effective mass-murderers.
Oh, he's so much more than that: a MAGA Musk-lover.

It shows that Card followed and/or liked posts by X’s CEO Elon Musk and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban as well as a professor who studies terrorism and a number of prominent conservative politicians and pundits, including Donald Trump Jr. and Tucker Carlson. He also liked and shared posts by CNBC, as well as posts on finance.
In March, he liked a tweet by Trump that read, “Given the incredible rise of trans/non-binary mass shooters in the last few years… by far the largest group committing as a percentage of population… maybe, rather than talking about guns we should be talking about lunatics pushing their gender affirming bulls*** on our kids?”
I don't post much here because, I mean, they happen every day in the US, but this one is especially appalling!
Two teenage brothers have been arrested after their sister was shot and died during a row over Christmas presents.
The 23-year-old was shot in the chest by her teenage brother while she had her 10-month-old son in a carrier, the Florida sheriff's office said.
The boy was then shot by his older brother who took out his own gun, Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said.
It added that the shooting followed an argument over who was getting more presents.
I can see the position of the older brother, maybe he would be next, depends on what the younger brother did following the first shooting, but why oh why did they all have easily available hand guns, what sort of fucked up household was that where they felt they had to carry weapons around all the time?

Shooting at a Superbowl parade. Let's wait and see if it's linked to the batshit crazy Taylor Swift fix conspiracy. Maybe it's not, but the fact that we even need to consider it is a sign of how far into loony-land MAGA America has gone.
Holy shit I have never seen anything as bizarre as this. Officer thinks acorn falling on the car is him being shot at, proceeds to think he has been hit and then unloads 2 magazine full of bullets at rear of police car wile it sits in a residential neighborhood!

It reminds me of the training people get if they have to go into unsafe regions for work, e.g. aid workers, diplomats, journalists. The advice is to stay away from insurgents, armed criminals, that sort of thing. But in a lot of cases you have to set aside any preconceptions and understand that the police and other security forces are likely to be just as dangerous as criminals and terrorists. This sort of survival training used to be for places like Somalia or Yemen or whatever. I'll never go to the USA either.

Well the other bizarre thing is, the suspect was in cuffs in the rear of the police car, this does I presume require that he is searched prior to being placed there, so even if there were shots, he was actually shooting at the wrong person because that person was known to be unarmed and the real shooter, if there was one, was somewhere else entirely.

When i heard the news this morning my mind jumped to the Taylor Swift football conspiracy. We don't know the motive yet but am i wrong saying that it is extremely unusual for 3 people to be arrested after a shooting? Aren't these things almost always lone gunmen? Perhaps they were just disgruntled fans of the losing team, which seems absurd but this is America. Time will tell i guess.

On the news; "Live now, we are interrupting the Kansas City Chiefs parade mass shooting to bring you the Atlanta City mass school shooting event, stand by for further mass shooting events."
