What shows are you currently watching?

I heard about Strange Planet and thought it might be worth a look.

Then Herself tells me she's enjoyed the non-moving comics of Nathan Pyle online for years.

I'm looking forward to Squaring The Circle, as a long-time fan of Storm Thorgerson's work with Pink Floyd and others.

Just finished watching Derry Girls and honestly, it's one of the best pieces of television ever!

Well, not currently, but it's been a long time since The Life Of Brian, so now I'm waiting for next year and The Book of Clarence, because a bit of biblical humour can be fun.

Star Trek The Next Generation season 5. A blast from the past. The style and pace are refreshing. You could call it dated, but that's not a bad thing. There's a clarity and simplicity in the storytelling that's quite affecting.

I'm also enjoying Foundation S02, even though it is convoluted and silly at times. It's also "dated" in that it resembles other over-ambitious, over egged series proliferating today, but it has enough good stuff in it to keep me watching. Westworld, The Rings of Power, Star Wars Ahsoka and indeed Picard are examples of shows I gave up on.

We've just finished watching Karen Pirie, Scottish crime drama. It was fantastic!

We're finally getting around to Good Omens 2.

It may be as good as the first series, but PTerry's direct influence is sadly missed.

I watched the godfather trilogy and then boardwalk empire, i was suprised how godfather like the show is despite not being a godfather spinoff. It's quite good except their is two examples of the sexualised dead woman and and all the queer stroty lines are tragic and/or abusive. Very much comes across as if no lesbian or bi woman was involved.

One Piece - the live action one, not the anime.

We've seen Ep 1, and it's surprisingly good: not formulaic, and mostly funny as well.
