Update: The group doesn't seem to see the trial the way the judge does.
Key points:
. 14 members of a religious group are on trial for the death of Elizabeth Struhs who died after not being given insulin
. Two members have been charged with murder, while the others are facing manslaughter
. The entire group has requested to be treated as one, despite concerns of the judge

I won't quote the Crumble, but it seems a judge-only trial (no jury) will be most likely for the Stevens/Struhs 14.
