TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

Queensland citizens draws to the attention of the House the Criminal Code and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2023 that unconstitutionally prohibits our vital freedom of political speech by criminalising words and symbols that may be subjectively deemed offensive by persons unreasonably.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to block the Bill by voting against its second and/or third reading so that it does not become law nor infringe on our God-given rights and law.

I'm not supplying a link here in plain view, but I urge any of you in QLD to contact your State Member and let them know your opposition to hate speech.
