I do hope the new Exorcist film tackles the dilemma a parent faces as to whether to let their child be possessed by a demon or leave them alone with a Catholic priest.

I read recently of a foreign visitor to Auckland airport who kept hearing bizarre announcements for a passenger to make their way to the 𝘔𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘯.

It took them some time to realise the kiwi announcer was asking the passenger to go to Domestic Check-in.

A few weeks ago, I was told by a store manager to call the cops, but I solved the problem myself by yelling my own announcement to the whole store, which was that I would break the car window to free the hot dog if the person with a dog in their car wasn't outside immediately. The manager called the cops on me for yelling in a store.

Give yourself permission to solve your own problems.

I just did a rant on YouTube in which I coined the term “glass picket fence,” and I’m rather proud of it.

The glass picket fence refers to the fragility of the White suburban dream.

In context, I was explaining the zeitgeist of the 90s (see bio) and I said that in the 90s, we were busting through the glass picket fence propaganda of our own culture.

If you like it, use it, and I mostly don’t care about credit unless you’re an asshole about it.
