A rather rapid kind of landing for Russia's Luna-25, much to their regret.

India's lunar lander is looking for a parking spot.
The Indian Space Research Organisation said all systems on the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft were working "perfectly".

The lunar south pole's water ice could supply fuel, oxygen and drinking water for future missions.

Chandrayaan-3 is on course to land on the Moon on Wednesday, making India the fourth country to achieve the feat.

It would be too much to hope that we don't wind up with lunar turf wars from greedy nations and oligarchs, wouldn't it?
