May justice prevail.
A Romanian court has ruled that a trial can start in the case of influencer Andrew Tate, who is charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

The Bucharest Tribunal ruled on Friday the prosecutors' case file against Mr Tate met the legal criteria, but the tribunal did not set a date for the trial to begin. Mr Tate's spokesperson, Mateea Petrescu, said the ruling has been appealed.

Mr Tate, 37, was arrested in December 2022 near Bucharest along with his brother, Tristan Tate, and two Romanian women. Romanian prosecutors formally indicted all four in June last year. They have denied the allegations.

"The ruling issued by the preliminary chamber judge lacks legal basis and reasoning," Eugen Vidineac, one of the brothers' lawyers, said after the decision.

"We have filed a strong appeal as we believe the ruling to be unlawful."

I cannot keep up with the details of each case, but there's been a huge increase in "he killed her" tragedies.

Earlier intervention is needed.

Hurt blokey feelings should be able to recover.

I didn't know this tennis brat, in addition to everything else, had expressed such blanket approval for the despicable online misogynist Andrew Tate. Kyrgios responded to one of the vile slug's posts by saying he is "speaking facts as usual".

This could also go in a thread on the far right in Australia.

Is it wrong to enjoy a good cancelling? Maybe it's disappointing if you are a big fan. I'm not. I thought "American Gods" was mediocre, even annoying. I enjoyed "The Graveyard Book" and the graphic novel of "Coraline", before hearing about these accusations.

Even if he's not criminally culpable, who'd want to read anything by such a creep anyway?

The funniest thing about Thaler is: He only got 5 votes!

Of course in total he got more, but hear me out.

He is from Nimmitabel, and only 5 people in the town voted for him personally.

The population of Nimmitabel is about 324 and 156 people in the town voted.

Out of that 156 people only 5 voted for him and 17 for his electoral group in Nimmitabel.
