I hope there's a good outcome to the search, but oh, the choice of words!

From ABC News: "Specialist police divers have joined the search for Geraldton man Brenton Shar, reported missing on May 10, after a pair of shorts believed to belong to Mr Shar were found in the groyne area of Midalia Beach in Beresford. "

Making fuel out of recycled cooking oil is impressive, but with these next level batter-powered trucks, surely climate change is fixed!

It's really funny though, because a lot of mining trucks, the big ones, are already electric drive, they just use a diesel motor to produce electricity, like diesel electric trains. Potentially what they are doing here is placing batteries in the trucks and then using an onsite diesel generator to charge the batteries, so just moving the problem around and not actually fixing it, certainly not what I would call a revolution, sounds more like a whitewash. I certainly doubt any of these mine sites will be building solar farms to charge up the trucks lol!

It appears the Greens have changed tact, oh dear that's rather tactless of them!
The Greens have long wanted to topple Albanese and Plibersek. At the last election, the Greens changed tact and moved their focus north. In return, they bagged three Brisbane seats — two from the Liberals and one from Labor.
