Ah yes just the thing to fix a struggling economy and curb runaway inflation, remove all rules and regulations the prevent price gouging and profiteering by the rich!
Among the changes announced Wednesday are the elimination of a law regulating rent, as well as rules preventing the privatization of state enterprises.
It appears the population doesn't agree with this plan, and they are probably correct to do so since it's very rare the extreme right wing policies actually do what they are expected to do by the right wing morons;
"I am here because I am terrified by the decree," Nicolas Waiselbaum, a 48-year-old teacher, told AFP.

Leopoldo Maldonado, a 25-year-old student, said "the measures are very negative."

"I'm especially worried about the rent law and the labour reform. It is already very complicated for young people to get a stable job," he said.

Let Charles Stross tell you a tale that will put chills up your spine.
Here's the thing: this looks like a pivotal year for democracy around the world. Half the planet is voting in elections with various fascists and fundamentalists—there's often no discernable difference: clerico-fascism is resurgent in multiple religions—seeking control.

Dear Reason-able supporter,

As many of you now know, the members voted at the AGM to wind up Reason Australia and Reason Victoria. This is a bittersweet letter to write....
Start of an email i got this morning. The party is officially wound up. They did a good job in Victoria. Fiona Patten was great in pushing things in a progressive direction. I was a member, i'll probably join the greens now.

Buh, Buh Barnaby. Thinks mixing alcohol and prescription drugs is fine;
“There is a reason, and it was a very eventful walk home wasn’t it. I’m on a prescription drug, and they say certain things may happen to you if you drink, and they were absolutely 100 per cent right.”
“I don’t take advice from people in Canberra,” he said. “I take advice from my wife, my close friends, and my local GP. I do not listen to the views of people in this crazy boarding school they call Parliament.
Well I am sure your local GP, and all your family and friends would have said, don't drink while taking prescription drugs!
