It's 33 degrees out, but Brop, the Green Tree Frog, is somewhere in the water trays of my carnivorous plants, making happy froggy noises.

A great clip from someone's VHS hoard! I'm trying to place the show it came from based on the graphics. Perhaps "The Noise" hosted by Annette Shun Wah on SBS?

EDIT: Ed himself reveals on the YT description, it's from the ABC's "Edge of the Wedge". Wow, music and TV really WERE better in the olden days! :D
