This could go under Trump or Musk but I'll put it here. I recall some of the oligarchs going a bit cold on Trump, but they seem to be coming back. They should be careful what they wish for, and be mindful of their Russian counterparts who have found themselves "falling" out of windows as their own great leader does his thing.

The Ten Commandments in classrooms would seem to be very clearly in breach of the US constitution, so this will be another opportunity of the supreme court to change course and advance the cause of right-wing theocracy. After hearing the Governor's comment that Moses was the original lawgiver, I note the assessment of biblical scholars that Moses is folklore, he almost certainly didn't exist.

Well the man is an idiot right? Moses, in fact, had nothing at all to do with the laws, he was just the messenger boy (if you follow the story that is) and that by making the law the governor was actually usurping gods place in the process, in fact declaring himself god if you would! Nowhere in scriptures does it state that all classrooms must have a display of the ten commandments!

Court wins in three states against voting restrictions that would have removed tens of thousands of voters from the voting roll! Wisconsin, Alabama and Utah all win against restrictive rules that would see mainly peer people and POC have difficulty registering to vote;

If history continues to rhyme, the issuing of maga membership cards is not far off. A good grifting opportunity too. Multiple tiers of membership from free to premium member, costing whatever is deemed feasible to charge. Then we'll be in a situation where there are places one doesn't one to be caught without a valid membership card.

Perhaps my dystopian imagination is getting the better of me.
