The citation failures come as Kennedy, a noted skeptic of vaccines, criticized medical publishing this week, branding top journals the Lancet, New England Journal of Medicine and Jama as “corrupt” and alleging they were controlled by pharmaceutical companies. He outlined plans for creating government-run journals instead.
That would be a world's first fictional medical journal.

Maga isn't governing reality, like all extreme ideological movements, they are governing to invent reality. It always ends in disaster.
It may actually be subject to legal action, one of the supposed authors of one of the papers used has stated that she never wrote that paper or contributed to it, so if it is a terrible paper in a fake journal it could seriously harm her reputation as a researcher, got to wait and see which way this goes, but it won't be nice!
Good news, everything is fine with the paper, when asked a question about the misattributations, the entirely made up papers and other problems with the report the press pool were told there were simple formatting errors:

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s landmark “Make America Healthy Again” commission report were apparently due to “formatting issues,” according to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

Ah Trump, paid many, many millions to keep his eyes closed and his mouth shut:
Late today, US time, Donald Trump was asked about an explosive New York Times report on Elon Musk’s alleged drug use.

“Were you were you aware of Elon Musk’s regular drug use?” a reporter asked the US President.

“No, I wasn’t,” said Mr Trump.

“I think he’s fantastic. I think Elon is a fantastic guy. And uh–”

“Are you troubled by these reports?” the reporter interjected.

“I’m not troubled by anything with Elon,” Mr Trump replied.

Now this should be interesting, who wants to bet Trump will be looking for new lawyers tomorrow?

Apparently, to get the appeals court to put a pause on the ruling of the trade court, they had to make an undertaking to the appeals court that if the appeals court and/or the Supreme Court rules the tariffs are in fact out of the Presidents power to impose and therefore illegal, that the Trump Administration will pay back any businesses that have had to pay the illegal tariffs. Hmm, whose going to throw a wobbly over that one I wonder?

They still don't get it?
Speaking on Sky, Ms Rishworth said the government will “throw everything” at the negotiations, and said they were “unjustifiable moves” and not what you’d expect from a “friend and an ally”.

“We have, of course, continued to work through this and be in contact with those Americans in the administration to work through in a methodical and consistent way. And we’ll continue to put forward that these tariffs should be removed from Australian steel, and we’ll continue to do that and put forward our national industries.”
They still don't understand this has nothing to do with justice, reasonableness, consistence or methodology, the tariffs are "whims," that's all, Trump could agree to reduce tariffs one day, then a few days later decide to just increase them again. If there was any methodology or justice in the tariffs then Australia shouldn't have had any applied because we were buying more from the US, given the argument for applying the tariffs, we should have been applying tariffs to them, not the other way around. You can go in there with your justifications, your methodology and consistency and talk to whoever you want, and it will get you nowhere because Trump just makes shit up, and you can't get around "just makes shit up" with negotiations!

Meanwhile in Trump's head:
Donald Trump has reposted a bizarre social media post that seems to suggest that former US president Joe Biden is a “soulless” clone.

“There is no #JoeBiden – executed in 2020,” the beginning of the post, shared to Trump’s Truth Social platform on the weekend read.

“Biden clones doubles & robotic engineered soulless mindless entities are what you see. Democrats don’t know the difference,” the post read.

Trump reshared the outlandish message Saturday morning (local time).
He thinks Joe Biden is some sort of robotic clone, that's how far he has deteriorated!
