Trump sane washing in full force, implying that foreign leaders responding to Trump are making insane posts while suggesting without saying that Trumps threats to invade Greenland and Panama using military force are perfectly fine;
“You will kill me, but I will survive in my people, which is before yours, in the Americas. We are peoples of the winds, the mountains, the Caribbean Sea and of freedom. You don’t like our freedom. OK. I don’t shake hands with white slavers. I shake hands with the white libertarian heirs of Lincoln and the black and white farm boys of the USA, at whose graves I cried and prayed on a battlefield, which I reached after walking the mountains of Italian Tuscany and after being saved from Covid.”

I’ve genuinely picked one of the saner quotes, there.
I mean contrast that to Trump in gay marriage;
"It's like in golf... A lot of people - I don't want this to sound trivial - but a lot of people are switching to these really long putters, very unattractive... it's weird. You see these great players with these really long putters, because they can't sink three-footers anymore. And, I hate it. I am a traditionalist. I have so many fabulous friends who happen to be gay, but I am a traditionalist."
I mean that's blithering nonsense, where was news.com when that was going on? Oh yes, completely ignoring it!

Trump on ethnic cleansing, "yeah lets go ahead and do it!"
“I would like Egypt to take people,” he told reporters. “You’re talking about probably a million and a half people, and we just clean out that whole thing and say: ‘You know, it’s over.’”

Mr trump added Gaza’s inhabitants could be moved “temporarily or could be long term”.
They leave they aren't ever coming back, everyone knows that, it would just be Israel expanding their country, that seems to be big these days.

That's unfortunate, but it's Colombia's business i suppose. This will only encourage Trump, of course. A great victory for him, get ready for the maga celebrations.

They didn't back down, Trump only said they backed down, they demanded the deportees be treated with dignity and not walked off the planes in shackles, the Trump admin agreed to do this, so no back down on Colombia part, just an agreement to follow the rules from the Trump admin.

I thought this article was really good. I'm not sure that you can baldly say Trump isn't a fascist. He seems to have inherited a lot of that American Nazi-sympathiser vibe from the early 20th century. But his trajectory to failure is pretty clear, because he's nuts and his "policies" are too.

Further video on that Colombia incident in that Colombia didn't back down, they only demanded that the US Admin follow the already agreed upon procedures for deporting immigrants, which they indeed agreed to do, so if anything it was the Trump Administration backing down.

Further news on deportations, I don't think Trump actually understands what the word means. His latest plan is to deport US citizens who are habitual criminals to other countries....I use the word deport here because it's what he used, but that's not what deport means. You have to be a citizen of said other country to be deported there, you can't forcibly "deport" US citizen, what you are doing is sending planeloads of illegal immigrants to other countries,and that's his point.

Because he thinks other countries are emptying prisons to send them to the US he thinks he can just do that in return, it's insane!

He's fuckin' nuts! He's too stupid to come up with all this shit by himself?!

Now that Steve Bannon is on the outer, someone else is the puppeteer, probably Stephen Miller (or Putin).

Another one. First one Jan 6 released prisoner was arrested on gun felony charges in Florida, a second was shot dead during a traffic stop after things went pear shaped, probably thought Trump's pardon meant he couldn't be stopped or arrested for anything, and now a third is wanted in Texas for child sex solicitation, and that's even after Texas prosecutors requested he be detained to stand trial for those charges. I guess Trump forgot to pardon him for the child sex charges, oh dear!

They're dropping like flies, I mean who knew criminals would continue to crime once released from prison.

Well, he could send them here? I mean...advance Australia fair and all that. We're a colony built on deported convict labor. I really shouldn't give Dutton any ideas, but actually the booming industrial prison system in the US must be just a little nervous about all this talk of deporting their singular commodity.
