Sign waving this arvo. The response is noticeably different after the election had been called this morning. It's way more galvanised. The positive responses are bigger, the fingers and abuse are bigger. Well not the fingers, you know what I mean.... ;)

The only saving grace is Honolulu is not like the rest of the USA. And we are tourists. I'm hoping they stick with the people who might be looking at work visas or who have overstayed before.....

We've got flights and accommodation booked for October in Hawaii. It would cost way too much to change now. There'll be some wiping of the phones before we go. There's a reason Annie and I don't use our real names on social media.

We were going to the US in July to visit the step-son. Then we decided we would spend our money in Canada instead and just pick up the step-son in Seattle on the way through. We've now canned the whole thing. Right before this happened.

I was just watching the small luggage scanner at Adelaide airport yesterday. Whilst standing there for a while waiting the thought occurred to me, this scanning technology is ripe for AI input. Which is both cool and terrifying at the same time.

It's freakin pissing down here. I'm guessing Brisbane will go under water.
Our house in Hervey Bay that the step-daughter lives in has water 3 or 4 inches deep downstairs and upstairs the roof is leaking.
