Re: What is Elon Musk up to now..
The upside to the jones decision is that it will facilitate another wave of people closing their accounts. He is widely despised, outside of the craziest far right types, or that's how it seems from afar.

Re: Donald Trump
Trump has named many of his cabinet picks and possible VP picks, and it's worse than you can possibly imagine! For instance Tucker Carlson has been put forward as a possible VP along with MTG! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gJBjAeqc6I Steve Bannon for chief of staff! I watched that video, they se...

Re: Climate Change
The circus is in town. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2023/dec/03/back-into-caves-cop28-president-dismisses-phase-out-of-fossil-fuels I think it perfectly sums up these COP meetings now. They've become the opposite of what was intended. It would be better if they didn't take place and a ne...

Re: Electric + Human-Powered Vehicles
I must confess that i have a degree of antipathy toward EVs. Putting aside the teslas, which produce in me a strange compulsion to crash into them, i just can't quite make it passed their greenwash. Of course they're better than combustion engines but they're still a disaster environmentally - elect...
