Re: Things Newly Enshittified
Alix Partners, a global consulting firm, found that more than 60% of consumers are willing to consider subscribing for enhanced safety and convenience features as long they don't feel like they are being charged for something they already paid for. What happens when these enhanced safety features b...

The upside to the jones decision is that it will facilitate another wave of people closing their accounts. He is widely despised, outside of the craziest far right types, or that's how it seems from afar. It's curious isn't it, you change the moderation so that all the shitty people and right wing ...

Re: Bad Language
Finding ridiculous uses of the word "literally" is too easy, or perhaps I should say I'm literally shooting fish in a barrel. Here's Alok Sharma, saving the world by getting pissed before he travels to a prohibition state. “We are literally in the last chance saloon to save our children’s ...

It details the suspect's injuries, but it leaves out the most important bit, was the racoon OK after the crash? What a hero!

A tradition: Christhebarker at b3ta.com has done the annual Sgt Pepper Cover featuring notable departures. https://www2.b3ta.com/host/creative/4270/1701448290/sgtp23.jpg I love this. The oak tree, the flags and especially the Queen represented by Jamie Reid's Sex Pistols artwork. Bad-arse! Looking ...

By the same masher... it doesn't blend quite so smoothly, but to someone like me who has been dazzled by the Sabbs and Aretha, it's very cool.
